Got some for my daughters rav4, thought these were awesome and sticks out far enough for connecting an air pump. So I ordered these for my frontier. Pretty solid.

Had a bad thread on a valve stem on our rv. TPM sensor would never make a proper connection. Used one of these on the bad stem and TPM worked great…no leaks and TPM registers pressure accurately.

This is a product I came into contact with many years ago, and when I started looking for a set recently, two local stores of national auto parts chains did not know what I was talking about and definitely knew they did not have such an item. (Actually, one of the two did offer the item on it's website, but did not stock it in store.)I was tired of having to take off the tire valve cap on each tire when I wanted to check my tires air pressure and fill the low ones. I would often loose an air cap in the procedure. You take off the tire valve cap and replace it with this stem cap. These stem caps allow you to put your pressure gauge directly on the cap and read the pressure. If it is low, connect the air supply hose directly on the cap to add air. It makes the process of keeping proper tire air pressure much easier. (There must be a reason they are so little known and used. Perhaps since they are not covered they may accumulate dirt and grease over time preventing them from working properly. I will watch them and see if this is a problem.) My initial use to test pressure and add air went very smoothly. One note, the set I purchased are metal. I was able to install them tightly. I might not be able to do that with the plastic or composite units that were available.

I liked this product; cost much less than having to return to garage to have valve stems put in that go out beyond my rims/hubcaps. I.E. the garage put in like; miniature stubby valve stems.Good item; and I like the double seal aspect of them . They have a built in seal; as do the valve stems they screw onto (the ones you have now). So that is a big plus.Only reason for the four instead of the five star; they are made of steel - might be a little heavy at speed, rotating mass and all of that. Not a big issue.Solved my problem 100%; I'd buy them again if one of them gets forgotten, or swiped.Good stuff; heavy quality, great price. THX.

I have a set of the sykik tpms caps for my motorcycle and there are only a couple threads that catch on the valve stems and they were getting stripped off whenever I would take them off to adjust air pressure. With these, I used locktite when putting the caps on and these extensions would screw about halfway down the stem past the bad part of the threads on the stems. Even with now new stems after the last tire change, I still use these extension caps. Also I was worried about how tall they would be but these are the shortest ones I could find and they work great.

I bought after market wheel covers for my 2020 Tesla model 3. They made it so I couldn't connect my air compressor to the stems without removing the wheel covers so I bought these. They work well.

Tried 3 completely different tire gauges (60psi analog gauge, stick gauge, and dually 160psi gauge) - non gauge will read tire pressure with these on the rim!!Also tried filling with 2 different fill chucks - one wouldn't push air at all, the other barely did.Tried 8 different valve stem extensions (bought 4 x 4 packs) - all acted the same!!Garbage, unfortunately. At least when used with 120psi tires...!

These tire inflation port extensions were the perfect length and quality. They have made checking the tire pressure a lot easier than ever.

Kept a leaking valve on my 4x4 sealed for a week with no loss of pressure until I could fit a new core.
