Works great!
I have three 40’ containers and I have one on each! Paired with additional side vents, I have had zero condensation issues with these installed. Very simple installation as well!

Works as advertised
I opened the box with the fan in it while I was standing outside. As soon as the sun hit the solar panel, it started working. Using the provided Template/Gasket I was able to install the unit with without any problem.

Customer service is top notch
So I purchased this for my container. Its a very well built piece I think. Had a problem initially but customer service was real good. Got it working like it should. It's a fairly simple setup. So if your capable of cutting a hole in your container to mount it there's no reason if there's a problem down the road you couldn't fix it. Customer service made me pretty confident that any part it might need they would be able to send you. Wanted to add this as well incase anyone is curious. This is a solar panel hooked directly to a fan. So if it has sunlight the fan is running. No sun. No fan. There's no battery in the middle. I was unsure about that when I bought it. The only issue I can see someone having is atleast with mine the sun has to be on it pretty direct. If it's in the shade at all its not doing its thing as well. So that could be a issue to some people. I would recommend this otherwise.

Fit perfect
Easy instal. Fits well. Included self tapping screws were a little weak and I broke some. Otherwise goo product. I plan on changing the mounts to direct the panel at the sun better. That definitely makes a difference in fan speed.

Easy install and all parts are included except for the sealant.
An excellent piece of hardware, works exactly as advertised. The unit came with no damage and all parts were in the box. The one issue I had with it was that I put too much sealant on the foam gasket that was supplied and when I ran the screws through to the container metal, it pushed the fan flange down with enough force to squish out the gasket. It wasn't a problem since I had used so much sealant, but the gasket material somewhat obscured the fan opening into the container so I just cut it off. I think for the next one I'll be a bit more judicious on the sealant application.

Work great
Installed 2 of these in a 40’ containers and it made a big difference in the air circulating. These have nothing to hold a charge, so are directly related to the strength of the sun. In full sun they spin super fast, if the sun goes behind a little cloud they slow drastically. We’ll see how the stored jet skis and motorcycle look after this summer compared to before we installed them.

Just Doesn't Work. BONUS - Now there's a huge hole in the roof!
I wanted to love this fan. For the price, and the glowing reviews, I was excited to get it installed. So we cut a hole in the roof of our container, plus sank a bunch of self tapping screws through it, and put it in. And then... nothing. We're in Houston, TX, where it's hot and sunny most of the time. But we've never seen the fan spin at all. I don't know if we got a defective unit, or if it just takes an apocalyptic amount of light to spin this fan, but it's a very bad situation. And it's not like we can just ship it back because we'll still have a huge hole to deal with.I also think the installation is not very professional looking. In order to make this thing work really nicely there needs to be an inner sleeve of some sort to help with both waterproofing and aesthetics. That would have really cleaned things up.One other thing to consider is that once you have this installed, if you want to spray foam the inside of the container you have a whole other problem to deal with. You're going to have to build some sort of circular flange to mount around this to keep the foam back. And that's a royal pain...Bottom line:- Doesn't work- Looks messy- Problem with spray foamingNot recommended.
