Much like AminoForce, GlycoForce contains the Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) l-leucine, l-isoleucine, and l-valine in their already broken down (“un-bonded”) form. However, GlycoForce is a better fit for serious endurance athletes with higher carbohydrate needs. Endurance athletes are constantly depleting their stored energy because of their high levels of physical activity. This stored energy is referred to as glycogen and is stored mostly in muscle and liver cells. It is not uncommon for endurance athletes to replenish their glycogen levels more than one time per day. To help accomplish this, GlycoForce provides 30g of dextrose, a rapidly digested source of carbohydrates, per serving. Depending on personal preference, endurance athletes may find it beneficial to consume GlycoForce before, during, or after exercise. Users may want to stack GlycoForce with AminoForce to increase total amino acid intake and further enhance recovery.

Tasted like candy. Maybe too sweet for some people, but I liked it. Helped wake me up before my workout and made me feel a little buzzed (like getting a sugar high when I was a kid). Received this product through Review Kick and would possibly buy again in future.

I liked the flavors and convenience of these. I think the flavors are a little strong and sweet. But,overall not bad. Very easy to mix with some water, and easy packets to use. I received this product in exchange for a honest and unbiased review.

I use to work at GNC and we would get free little samples to try so we could tell the customer what the taste/effect was. The workout powder company's are NOT focused on taste but on the purpose of their powder, I got these samples free to give an unbiased review from reviewkick.com . The taste is worse then as expected fruit flavors are hard to get right, not a treat but i felt better/more awake for an hour or more at work, (working in a craft store is surprisingly hard work). Not something i would buy but it was fun to try new things.
