Avoid at all costs.
As soon as i set the laptop up the screen started to jump then freeze. I turned it off and back on and it would work for about 10 minutes then do the same again till eventually it wouldn’t even turn off. I requested a refund and was told a courier would pick it up the next day. No time was given so i waited in all day for no one to arrive. I spoke to someone again and they said that they would have to arrange the courier again but with it being the weekend i would have to wait till the following Monday and no apology given. I asked if i could return it myself through the post office and they advised yes but would have to pay the £33 postage myself. All this fuss to get my money back for a faulty laptop they sent!

Useless customer service
The only thing is you can't get sound it's really hard to hear it l would send it back but l need it l may be able to get speakers for it no one wants to sort out refund for faulty laptop this is completely knackered no siund at all now don't waste your money on this its not only no good but customer service is none existent don't waste money

Battery drains fast
It's a bit slow, but ok when it does get going. The battery drains very fast. You definitely need a memory card for more storage.

Runs apps pretty good, but terrible with internet, struggles with streams, randomly switched off a couple of times doing it

SONO STATO DELUSO DEL PRODOTTO CHE AVEVA MOLTI DIFETTI, COME I TASTI ERANO FUORI POSTO, ESEMPIO SE SCHIACCIAVI la chiocciola usciva il numero 2 e se schiacciavi il numero 2 usciva la chiocciola ecc.

Non è quello che mi aspettavo, meglio spendere un pochino di più e comprare un articolo di qualità maggiore; oppure con lo stesso importo comprare un tablet.

Costa poco ma ffunziona praticamente solo per navigare perché la memoria è davvero piccola ma fa il suo lavoro visto il costo carino da vedere ma .... dovete avere occhi buoni schermo molto piccolo
