They slide right in! Safe
These insoles are true to size and slide right in the pair of shoes they're designed for without any cutting or any work. They have stood up during 12-hour shifts in my Ariat cowboy boots. I even went to the gym and did squats in my cowboy boots after a shift to test them and I was ecstatic about the balance I felt! They have a special bubble in the center that adds unrecognizable pressure to the middle of the foot and is a beautiful thing. This review was important for me to make so others purchase these. 100% love these

Relief
I am not 200 plus pounds. But I bought them anyway because I wanted relief from heel pain. They're working for me. I put them in a pair of wide width sneakers that are 1.5 inch heel height. So, I have some depth and comfort in my shoes. I work 4.5 days a week, long hours. And, now I have some comfort and my heel pain is healing. Yay

Definitely the best insoles I’ve tried.
Context: I have neutral arches (not low or high) and I suffer from ball-of-foot pain specifically on my left foot.I was playing around with different insole designs to see what could help relieve the pain, and I struck gold with these. The arches are quite high and rigid; the first day or so were a bit uncomfortable but I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I read that you need time to adapt to new insoles. I’m glad I did. These insoles have now turned my most uncomfortable pair of sneakers to my favorite. My feet feel very supported, and I don’t get that ball-of-foot pain I usually get. I can’t speak to durability quite yet since it’s only been a week or two, but I’m pretty satisfied with this purchase. Try it out!

Work for me!!!
Enduring the pain of P.F. is miserable, and the added pain of spending untold amounts of $$$ trying to find that perfect insole that properly supports one's imperfect feet just adds insult to injury. 10 gazillion insoles later, i have found the prince of insoles - at least that how it seems to me. Feet are different. What works for one person may not work for someone else. I literally have a plastic tool box full of different insoles and arch cookies, full length, 3/4 length, half-moon shaped... I've tried it all!! This is my 2nd time around so I knew what I needed... I thought. But it took me months of pain (to the extent of nausea and tears) to figure out I was over-correcting my arches, which, like the rest of me, are not as flexible and perky as they once were. Along with these insoles, that provide (for me) the perfect positioning for my feet, I had to find shoes that are narrower in the heels to assist with the stability and excessive pronation issue (check out Kuru). One issue with many insoles is excessive width that just won't fit in my shoes, but these are narrower than many others and they work in my sneakers, athletic shoes, Chelsea boots, and slippers. They are fantastic!I cannot yet speak to how long these will last but so far they are doing well. I have 3 pairs so they can dry out well between wearings.

Good quality, but the metatarsal pad was large enough to be very uncomfortable
Feels like good quality with good heel and arch support, but the metatarsal pad is very aggressive. Material was good enough that I was able to grind off some of the padding with a Dremel to adjust the fit, but I think it will impact longevity since the top layer was lost to the modification. If you only want a bit of metatarsal support, I'd suggest looking for a different set, but if you need a giant pad under that region of your foot - this is the insert for you!

Very good product
I have inserts that a doctor prescribed for me but I have to say, these are probably better. The arch support is strong, they're thick in the heel, and there is a support 'bump' in the center of the foot which is nice. They fit in every shoe I own and I didn't have to trim them, meaning the sizing is really accurate. I need 10 pairs now.

Great idea, great purchase.
I bought a pair of insoles for my walking shoes because of my plantar fasciitis.I decided to purchase a new pair of slippers through Amazon and another pair of insoles for those bedroom slippers to keep the support. I must say, that was a great idea because I can walk around the house and still have support.

Inserts
They are pretty good. Not as comfortable as I would like but give support. A little on the high side for price
