Excellent service. Delivered earlier than expected. Looks lovely.

Excellent quality. Well packed. just as subscribed.

lovely looking toaster fast and efficient.

Nice colour but know it was being delivered to Uk but not a UK plug on it so not much use should really be told this

Great item to have on the counter top.

You would think, having paid £124.96 for a quality product, it would last but that is not the case failing to work in just over 12 months - does ‘quality’ and nam mean anything these days - obviously not when a basic toaster will last just s well - the only saving grace is here is a two year warranty and is replaced without any fuss but with a name ‘Smeg’ it should not happen. Cannot take and toast sliced supermarket bread completely so question value for money

Read the one star reviews. They are a true. Poorly made. Blows circuits. Sends toast out of toaster onto floor. (I had the 2 slice version of this toaster and it had a lovely smooth release mechanism!) But. The worst thing about this toaster is the illuminated dial. If you switch it on in anything but direct sunlight (unlikely at breakfast time), the light in the dial casing makes it impossible to see what level you have selected. So, in order to see/reset you have to press the cancel button which puts your untoasted bread into orbit.

After trying a slightly less expensive toaster with more features that didn't toast well, we decided to try this while it was on sale. This one does a great job of evenly toasting both sides of both frozen and regular types of breads. We tend to have mostly frozen items (english muffins, breads, waffles) and it does a great job of thawing out the breadly items then toasting them to the selected level. As expected, there was a slight odor on the first couple of "burn-in" sessions before we used it, but nothing the kitchen exhaust fan didn't quickly clear. One hesitation I had before purchasing was the lack of the "high lift" feature of other toasters, but this model seems to have a greater standard lift range so we haven't had any problems reaching smaller pieces of bread. Hopefully it will last a while, so time will tell ... but overall I recommend it.

The toaster is good but I ordered it in white color, they send me the black one…

Pochi giorni dopo il mio acquisto ed essermi arrivato con una presa di corrente non adatta, magicamente compare la disponibilità dello stesso prodotto a 30€ in meno e di sicuro con una presa di corrente adatta invece di essere inglese!

Great product toast never tasted better!! Easy to use. Plenty of room for 4 slices and wide enough for any type of bagel.

Champagne Gold LOVE IT! Arrived nicely packaged and well protected. The colour is a nice gold, not a brassy colour, see pic of real brass item beside it for comparison. Bit pricey, but I think it's a case of you get what you pay for. It actually toasts the first time around!! I waited a long time before ordering this but I'm glad I did.
