Value for money
Although these peppers are not as hot as they use to be, they are mildly hot and give nice flavour to your meal

Nice kick.
Not the hottest SB I've had but had a sweet kick to them. Good value as they lasted well.

Tastes great
Really competitively price. Very spicy, yet sweet flavour. This even freezes really well. Very yummy. Half a pepper is extremely spicy so if you're not used to spice, I suggest taking it easy. Will absolutely but again.

Not the hottest (used to heat) but all 3 packs were clean.
They are not the hottest scotch bonnets I have tried, but they do taste decent, and impart a decent scotch bonnet taste to the dish. They also had healthy skin, and all 3 packs were not molded, like you typically find in tesco and asda.to summarize, great for uk dishes, but might be lacking in a traditional dish needing that oomph.

Not too bad
It was good quality and good value for money.

Caribbean heat!
Scotch bonnet pepper is a staple ingredient for me when cooking traditional Caribbean dishes.I cut it up leaving out the veins (the hottest part) so the heat doesn't go through the roof!I also like to add a whole one to chicken pot soup, curry and Jamaican rice and peas. Providing the whole pepper doesn't burst during cooking, you get a nice balance of heat and flavour.I tend to pop the whole pack in the freezer and just take out a pepper when required. I also find it neater to cut when frozen (and avoid those firey veins).Best use gloves when chopping too.
