I am an overweight woman with flat feet and fibromyalgia. I work as a substitute teacher and am on my feet all day. I haven't found any shoes that won't hurt my feet by the end of the day. I decided to try these insoles with my favorite sneakers...and it worked! My feet did not hurt at the end of the day. The only thing I would recommend is that you wear socks. If you are like me and tend to wear your shoes barefoot, the plastic arch support can be a bit irritating.

This is soooooo comfortable. Before I had this my feet was always hurting but this give me the support I was. It's 10/10 I would buy a million of these.

Fits perfectly in my shoes! Immediate relief for my falling arches. I was hesitant to switch from the men's heavy duty ones, but these are just as supportive. These are a MUST for anyone who is on their feet all day along with light compression socks. Only issue is they don't look right with sandals or open dress shoes. Will buy again!

Fit well in my work shoes. Wear them outside so walking on all terrain was easy!

These are very comfortable and offer great support. I've had mine for over a year now and they're still in great shape.
