The taste is these is ok. It is not the best tasting vitamin I have ever taken, but the value is not in the taste. However, for a 60 day supply, the value seems pretty high on these. I received these as part of a trial-program at no cost just to be clear. They are replacing a similar vitamin, so I expect that the results will continue to be good. Overall, I have seen positive reviews of the product and have experienced positive results so far.

The vitamins are not very flavorful and the smell of them smell like vegetables. Overall taking the vitamins feel like it helps your body. I haven't seen any growth in hair yet, but hopefully they work.

I’ve taken vitamins before for hair and they all have the same standard as far as what to expect. I took it for about 1.5 - 2 weeks and I noticed my hairline hairs growing in a lot quicker than normal. Pretty good product.

I got the vitamins for my partner. He hasn’t been taking them long enough to notice any benefits. The pills are very large, although not hard to swallow. They also have a really bad smell and taste.

I got this for my husband because he has thinning hair on his cowlick area. He takes it twice a day as directed for 4 weeks now and I don't see any difference on his hair or does not show any new small hair that is growing like what they said on the other review. Yes you have to take this with food because of the strong flavor or after taste. Overall, I won't recommend this product because it is not effective as advertised.

So I think it's fair to say that I should reserve ultimate judgement on these for now, but I do have some initial thoughts. I think that with products like these, it takes time to really see an improvement, if there is going to be one. The package contains 120 day supply, which is pretty generous, and they are simply tablets that are taken once a day. I did find it to have a bit of an odor, but I am good at swallowing pills, so it didn't leave an aftertaste when I shot it down the hatch. It's got plenty of good ingredients, and I suspect that there could be some substantial benefits to prolonged use of this, not only for your hair, but for nutritional benefit as well. This of course, I suspect is by design because though hair loss is largely hereditary, I am sure that proper nutrition can do a part in lessening hair loss, and strength. I do have some thinning areas, and hope to maintain what I have, so I am hopeful that this will help in that regard. I have no substantial evidence that it has increased any hair growth for me, but I do see that I do not have any further loss over the last little while either. All in all, I am initially pleased, and if I have more to add later, I will update this review.

Seems to do the job. Weird taste and smell but I do notice my hair growing back a lil faster after haircut.
