Zoids Hasbro Giga Battlers Liger is another great kit to build, I look forward to collecting all of my favorites! I enjoyed building both Ruin and Liger, and highly recommend them for kids who love to make things. They are fantastic models for new and experienced builders alike. These do not require any extra tools, glue or paint to assemble like other model kits, so they are perfect for young children and those who have never built a model before. These kits are motorized too, and are so much fun to watch in action!I did a pretty detailed write up of the Hasbro Zoids kits on my review of Ruin, so I'll just copy and paste the highlights:- Pieces come precut in labeled bags for easy assembly, no sprues, no frustration. As a kid cutting the pieces out was always my least favorite part, and I could never cut them well enough so nubs of plastic were always left behind. This new line of kits did away with the tedious and boring process of cutting and cleaning pieces, making the build process fun and simple.- Instructions are well illustrated and easy to follow, they show you exactly which part you need for each step at the top of the page. Right and left parts are marked with symbols so you know which side they go on. Plus the instructions feature little comic book panels here and there that are just a nice little detail.- Pieces come molded in multiple colors, so no need for paint. That said, for those looking to add a personalized touch to their model or go the extra step, the amount of detail on this kit lends itself well to painting. (For the sake of this review, I left the kit as is out of the box.)- Good quality plastic, pieces go together easily and are very durable. The kit feels solid and sturdy and should survive even some rough play.- I love the Arashi figure included with this kit! Its such a fun touch that these kits come with their pilots from the Netflix cartoon.Overall, ZOIDS Hasbro Giga Battlers Liger is a wonderful kit that is fun to build, and looks great once finished! I will definitely be picking up more Zoids kits for my nieces and nephews, as well as for myself haha.

This is a fun toy for a kid or someone wanting a budget friendly toy that is motorized.Level of Detail: 1. Most of the major components are about 95% identical to the character in the show. 2. About 80% of the minor components exist or are colored the same way as on the character in the show.Motorized Design: 1. The motor drives the toy walking and its special weapon mode. 1a. The toy does lower it's head after a few seconds of walking which then triggers it's special weapon mode 2. The toy does require a Triple A battery (AAA) that it doesn't come with. 3. The toy does not walk on carpet. 4. The toy doesn't have advanced AI. 5. The toy isn't remote controlled or app controlled.Items to Note: 1. The toy comes with a detailed figure of Liger's rider, but he isn't posable. 2. The head of the toy can be moved up or down without turning on the motor. 3. The tail of the toy does not move when the motor is turned on, but it can be moved manually. 4. The toy does come with a battle mat that you can use to place it and another toy from the series on to do a battle where one pushes the other off of the mat.Who does the toy appeal to? 1. People who already like the Zoids Wild Netflix show. 2. People who are a fan of the ZOIDS series. 3. People who happen to like robot toys that look like animals.

This model is simple to build, with no tools needed. Though it's "Build to battle" feature could be debated (honestly, I don't know how it could, the figures don't fall off easily when trying), it's a nice little piece of the fandom. I heavily recommend it.

It’s nice idea to build it up but kids need to take help of elders as instruction and pictures are quite confusing. Most dislike part is, if you need to change the battery you have to take all the pieces out which is frustrating. Some parts do come out while playing and back legs don’t move at all. My kid is very happy, but I cutted one star for the battery replacement process

Literally my childhood! I’m glad they remade these and made them affordable! This was a lot eaiser to build than I remember 😅 but if your on the fence, definitely pick this up! It’s only $30 and an excellent nostalgia rush!

We were missing a small rubber cap for one of the legs, but it was still fully functional. Fairly cheap materials, so better for either a collector who won't be swinging it around, or an older child who understands to be more gentle with the assembled Zoid. For the cost, it was worth a quick trip down nostalgia lane, but if we were to invest in more, we would likely look for something more durable.

I purchased this as a gift for my nephew (9 years) birthday. He was very excited and completed the model in one day. It's too bad that quality larger Zoids are hard to find on Amazon. Product came fast albeit the packaging was a little damaged. Product came as described and is genuine. Great starter model for anyone looking to get into Zoids models.

Received the liger yesterday and my daughter like it very much.Easy to install and the liger can move as well by putting on the battery.

Great toy, fun to assemble, but missing a piece. We had to do some modifications to make it work. Disappointing, obviously, and led to LOTS of crying. (For the record, the other Zoid toy we bought was also missing at least one piece.)
