XiaoMaGe 28.7" Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set with Carry Bag (Black)

I wish I’d bought this years ago. I have struggled with back and neck pain since a car accident in 2006. I’ve tried tons of gadgets, most ended up collecting dust in my closet because they just didn’t work. I have found acupuncture to be effective, but it’s expensive and difficult to find the time in my schedule. I bought this after eying a much more expensive version for months. I figured, at this price, what do I have to lose? I was apprehensive about using it the first time because those little spikes are sharp! I was pleasantly surprised to find that it really didn’t “hurt”, it mostly felt like a sort of prickly heat at first, and then after a few minutes I just felt warm and relaxed. The best part is that, after just one use, a painful knot in my shoulder that I had medicated for a week was almost completely gone. I have used the neck pillow independently a few times, positioning it to hit spots where I’m having pain, and within hours of use, the pain is gone or significantly subsided. Unlike many other things I’ve purchased, I actually look forward to using this because the endophin-fueled relaxation is awesome. About the product itself- the construction and materials are fairly cheap. I could see how the cotton might stretch over time or the styrofoam inside the mat might break down. For the latter issue, there’s a velcro opening at the bottom where the mat could be removed and replaced. I do like the inclusion of a carrying bag, as I will definitely be taking this with me when I travel. Overall, for the price, I think the quality is as expected, and, frankly, I really don’t care because the product is so effective. I highly recommend it.

It was delivered the same day I ordered it, which was a nice bonus. I tried it that very night, and after just 15 minutes, I could turn my head more freely than I have in months. I honestly didn’t expect it to work because I read a lot of reviews mentioning pain during use but I felt none at all. A tip: I have a high arch in my back, so using it on the floor wasn’t effective for me. I placed it on the couch instead, and it worked perfectly. I woke up the next morning with no neck or back pain for the first time in a long time. This is hands down the best money I’ve ever spent on my health. If you’re on the fence, just try it, you won’t regret it.

If you can't decide if you need an this kind of mat, going for this one is a good choice since it has very sharp points, multiple parts, is decently constructed and is affordable. The points are glued in as opposed to being placed by hand like the really expensive ones. If one comes off it can be re-glued or even hand sewn back into place since it has holes along the edges. The measurements of the set that I received were slightly off, but that is not a problem for me. The bag appears to be made of a flimsy cotton, but it is not canvas. Getting the parts out of the bag took some tugging, but I don't plan to put the large mat back into the bag since I will keep it on a chair at home. I found this item to work exactly as described and I can use it without a t shirt. There is also a brochure that comes with the mats that describes how to use the items and clean them (hand wash). A neat surprise was using the mat for my feet. It made my feet feel like I had been walking on the beach!

Works perfect, reliefs so much pain i had in my upper back and neck. Helped with tension headaches a lot. Not too expensive definitely worth the money, easy to use.

I'm 85 years old, still get around OK and live on my own. I have for some years experinced lower back soreness upon occasion and neuropathic symptoms in my feet and legs. On a whim I bought this pad/pillow set to try out, and after using only twice I have experienced much better back flexability and a huge reduction in my neuropathic symptoms. Ireceived it yesterday, used twice - once lying on the floor with a T-shirt and once sitting in my recliner with no shirt. Upoon going to bed I thought I would try it there and laid on it naked and used the pillow under my feet after bending my legs at the knees. I was reading like this and after half an hour I got up to get a drink and was utterly amazed - no twinges in my back and my neropathic symptoms were scaled back to almost nothing. I slept well, got up for an early breakfast and used it again, and am moving around like I did 20 years ago - or better. This is not BS - I don't sell these things, maybe it will stop working, can't tell, but I will use it for another session and keep doing so to see if it is the answer. I have no idea if others have this result but for me it is simply fantastic. Easey peasey - lie down, cure my ills while I read, and hit the bricks. If you have a condition like mine I would say to try it.

I got this instead of the $120 one I was getting advertised online. The spikes are very sharp and it hurts to lie on which helps to relax. I can't imagine how to expensive alternative could be any better because this does exactly as it should.

item description says size 49.2 x 16.9 inch. But actually what i received was 24 x 16.9 inch. Absolute cheating, as I had two 24 inch mat already.
