This is the best carpet cleaner on the market right now! The scent is mild but that is okay, since it still smells fresh, my carpet also went from a dark grey to light khaki. I recommend this to anyone looking for a good, quality, and effective carpet cleaner

I recently tried Puracy Professional Carpet Cleaner Machine Detergent, and overall, I'm really happy with the results! The fragrance is amazing—fresh and clean, but not overpowering, which is a huge plus for me since I’m sensitive to strong scents. It left my couches smelling wonderful without being too much.The detergent did an excellent job lifting dirt and stains, and my couches look so much cleaner and feel softer. However, I did notice that it got quite foamy in my upholstery cleaner, possibly because I used a little too much. Next time, I’ll definitely use less, as it produced more foam than I expected, but that's a small learning curve.Still, a great product overall—effective, gentle, and with a lovely fragrance. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to freshen up their carpets or furniture.

I read all the glowing reviews and it does work, but that third review by Jonathon where it states that the citrus will break down your carpet cleaner….was the one review that I was hoping wasn’t accurate. But it was. My dog is a rescue and he’s not the type of rescue where you put ‘I love my rescue’ or ‘who rescued who’ bumper stickers on your car. He’s severely traumatized from his previous life and due to that trauma he has a lot of …quirks. Like he’s afraid to be outside by himself for any amount of time. He will not walk on a leash. Untrustworthy, separation anxiety, food aggression. You know, all the really fun quirks. But he also has manyyyyyy ‘accidents’ that are in no way accidental and very much vindictive. He uses my dining room as his personal toilet any time I leave the house. And because of that, my carpet cleaner gets A LOT of use. Like 3 times a week consistently for over 3 years. After my third time using this solution (and I used as directed because those reviews were also true, a little goes a long way) my beloved cleaner broke. I could hear it when it was breaking. It was almost like a gurgling sound. Think Jim Carey in the mask when he gets shot in the nightclub. It was dramatic and traumatizing. And I wanted to cry. So to sum it up, it works and smells wonderful but it will break your carpet cleaner. Use for spot cleaning. And don’t be like me. Listen to Jonathon.

It smells great and it got rid of all my water stains/toddler stains/life stains from my light grey couch. I used it with my little green machine and I will never buy another cleaner ever again.

To start, I’ve always used Bissell cleaner for pets to steam clean my carpets. However, since I have a 4-year-old child, two dogs, and and two parakeets in the house, I am now super careful about any cleaners I use. For those you who don’t know about pet birds, their lungs are incredibly sensitive so using a chemical cleaner like Bissell could make them sick or literally kill them. I did the research and found Puracy. I was impressed by the ingredients and the reviews so I gave it a try.I am a convert! The first time I emptied the tank that collects all the used soap and water I literally had a David Rose “Oh my God” moment. I wondered how I unwittingly lived in such squalor. The water was brown, embarrassingly dark brown, and I sweep the the carpets with a Dyson twice a week! However, when you have two dogs and a kid, I guess stuff gets dirtier than you realize. I was so horrified by the contents of what I was pulling out of the carpet that I cleaned it three separate times until the water returned mostly clear. The Puracy kept pulling stuff out, in a good way! I never had such good results with Bissell. Also, I will add there was only a light citrus smell. Not the overpowering (and masking) chemical smell you get with other commercial cleaners. I stuck my nose right down in the carpet when I finished to get a good wiff and it smelled fresh and clean. Even better, the birds were unaffected and I feel good about my child and my dogs being around this cleaner.You do not have to use much to get good results. I used a tablespoon and a half in the soap tank of my steam cleaner and that did the job. If. I had used more, I suspect it would have been way too sudsy. So you’re going to get a lot of use from one bottle.
