I have a 50 year old girlfriend who bought it upon her chiropractor's recommendation. She has alot more energy since taking them. So I bought some a couple weeks ago and I expect I will also. They're chewable and with a good flavor and they don't bother my stomach.

I am not much of a Pill taker. Viewing Amazon, I found the same chewable bran of vitamins, which I purchased from an Organic Vitamin Store. Once I saw this Same product I loved, I just continued purchasing them thru Amazon with my monthly subscriptions.

The flavor is great for kids.

My 3 year old great grandson loves these. He begs for his daily pill. To keep him well during flu season his mother gives him these high quality vitamins. They even contain Quercetin with its antimicrobial and anti inflammatory effects. Bought for myself and my adult daughter. I've used Metagenics for years. Unfortunately, these are a little pricey for what you get. May look into something else as with two people using them they go quickly!
