I've had a laptop for several years that recently developed a problem requiring me to send it in to the manufacturer for repair. I needed to get something cheap that I could use in its place in the meantime. In the past, I had a small laptop, and always missed that form factor when traveling, so I was drawn to this one. For the price, it seemed to offer the best mix of size and performance.When I ordered it, the estimated arrival time for the shipping was about a week. It arrived in two days, which was a very pleasant surprise. Good job on the part of the seller (PConline365). This allowed me to go ahead and get this new laptop set up and package my malfunctioning one for shipping to the repair facility much sooner than I had anticipated.So far, the new laptop seems quite nice. It is very small and light, which I really appreciate. It has the same size screen as the small laptop I had in the past, but that one was a Windows 7 machine with a mechanical HDD. As a result, it was thicker and heavier. This one has less storage capacity, but so much thinner and lighter. Feels similar to holding a tablet such as an iPad.So far, the performance of the machine has lived up to expectations. As mentioned, doesn't have as much storage as one wants for their main machine, but what it has is quite adequate for my needs in this case. In addition to the 64gb of on board storage, the seller included a 64gb micro SD card, which effectively doubles the capacity. (I also have a very small Seagate external USB drive with 2tb of storage, so no real problems with capacity, especially as this laptop is mainly intended as a temporary stand in for my regular machine, and once that one is back, I anticipate using this new one for traveling and such).The processer isn't quite as speedy as my main machine either, but that is to be expected. For the price paid, it's quite acceptable in my opinion. For what it's worth, its definitely faster than my small Win7 laptop I had in the past.It came with Windows 10 Home in S mode. For those not familiar with S mode, this is a thing Microsoft implemented to prevent any software being installed unless it comes from the Microsoft store. Makes sense for some users I'm sure as it prevents them accidentally installing malware, etc. For me, this seemed like a silly hurdle, so I deactivated S mode. Quite easy to do. Just try to install a non Microsoft program and windows asks if you wish to deactivate the S mode. Click yes and your done. In my case, I installed a few non Microsoft web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Brave, and Opera) as I don't always wish to use the Edge browser exclusively.Computer also comes with a 1 year subscription to Microsoft 365. Normally, this costs about $70 per year I think. Gives access to the full line of Microsoft Office programs and also 1tb online storage with Microsoft One Drive.At first, I thought I was having trouble activating the subscription. I sent an email to the seller to ask how and received a nearly immediate reply. Quite happy with their quick responsiveness.Anyway, the computer arrived quickly and in great shape. So far, working great for my needs. Hooked up my wireless keyboard/mouse combo and external monitor (via the HDMI port) and both worked flawlessly. Seller has been great so far both with shipping the computer quickly and with quickly responding to my email inquiries.In summary, I give this a 5 star review and would happily buy this item from this seller again if I had to do it over.

Lets start off, the machine is supposed to be windows 10 home edition, but it's set up already in windows S. NOT happy.Next, this machine is slower than the 7-yr old machine its replacing. How is it slower? Still in S-mode, which I chose this device specifically because it was not marketed as an S-mode device, windows native to the system, not pages in the browser, are slow to and crawling to open. Windows such as power settings are miserable to navigate as they open so slowly that the vertical slider bar has already taken on two occasions 20 seconds to show. I've never had such an issue with my last laptop, or any laptop for that matter, and my last machine was one of the short-lived windows 8 machines.I typically use my personal laptops for simple writing activities and rarely go online with it, even on the road. The difficulty to turn on/off Wi-Fi is unpleasant.Navigating through this machine has only become more irritating as I have been writing the "preliminary" review on my main desktop rig. I think I would have been better off, buying a typewriter than getting this device, and in that spirit I have made my mind up to return it, 3 hours out of the box

Got this computer for my online schooling and it works great!! It comes with microsoft word which was very helpful, and processes quickly.

I bought for college-aged son. It's compact. Easy set-up. And great for remote learning.

I bought this for my 12 yr old daughter to use for online classes. Not too small and works great. I did take it out of S-mode to get some programs to work. Great buy.
