was working well without noise.After upgrading the firmware, fan makes noiseI reached the customer support, theysaid that i should reset(factory) and apply firmware. I did as they said , still have fan noise.

I bought mine a couple years ago now and I've regretted dropping almost $500 on a projector that should have been $100 max. First off, the stylist pens barely work. My remote stopped working after the 3rd time using it and the picture quality is terrible. I've seen $100 projectors with better picture quality. Basically I have this $500 toy sitting in the closet since I can't use it without a working remote. I keep trying to use it with the stylist, but it's more headache than its worth considering how terrible the picture quality is

THIS IS A GOOD IDEA BUT NOT THERE. IN A ROOM WITH A CANDLE BURNING AND NO LIGHTS ON THE SCREEN IS WHASHED. THE TOUCH FEATURE DOESNT WORK WELL. TRIED IT FOR A BUSINES MEETING AND LOOKED LIKE A FOOL.

not clear... not easy to focus... the touch sensor is not accurate and the OS is bad

Great interactive product especially with the “Lily” pen. What I enjoy most about this product is that I can show details, highlight important information, and easily commute with it to various client sites. Overall, a great concept and it works smoothly for my business presentations at work.

Wonderful ingenious piece of equipment, but the lumen light power is much too low for any practical use. I will not buy a follow up Pro 2 , XL or Business Model from this compay. Now, I would have if have if a premium version was initially available. It was hyped as an office or classroom ready unit but, you will be embarrassed. Remember no one can take notes in a dark room. Tech level high end lumens and resolution TOY like.

Very happy with this, easy to set up, just need to spend some time to get use to the interactive screen. I can even watch Netflix.Looking forward to playing.
