Great value and high quality ingredients! Best digestive supplement so far
I was in need of a digestive enzyme or supplement. The one I was taking was great but just too expensive. I came across this one. And solaray is an amazing brand that's been around for years and has other high quality supplements. The bottle does say take before you eat which is kind of a pain in the butt but I've been taking this for a while now and if you take it during the meal or even after or works just as good. It's easy to swallow. I've even opened up the capsules and put them in water or my smoothie. Does a great job of getting rid of digestive bloating, stomach pain and just improving all over digestion. I particularly like this one because of the variety of ingredients. Many of digestive enzymes just have one main ingredient. This one is combining several for just heavy hitting. And with 180 capsules inside for the price it's 100% worth it. Okay I travel with these everywhere I go. As with any supplement just make sure you're always staying fully hydrated to help for maximum absorption but also improve digestion.

It works!
Amazing product! It's easy to digest, minimal smell, and IT WORKS!!! This product helps my digestive issues which also includes (& it's embarrassing but..) I have BMs. Due to medications my doctor has to put me on ,one of the side effects is constipation (which I HATE) . I've been taking this now for 2 weeks now and my gut feels good along with a daily probiotic. I've had my sibling try this out and needless to say, she will order it too. When bottle runs out, so will I

Great for gut issues!
I take these when i have been consuming a lot of protein and it helps tremendously! Also when I eat late since that throws off your sleep— your body is still digesting. It was recommended to me by a herbalist years ago and it has been a great help!
