The book and included tutorial videos are a great combination to quickly and easily learn Revit. Also the author goes above and beyond my expectation whenever I had questions or needed something explained better by quickly answering e-mail questions and taking the time to throughly explain my questions. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn Revit.

I am using this revit book for my class at Missouri State University this year, I have studied this book as well as another pre-course instructor that is teaching the evening class and this is the best book we have seen in a long time. The instructor resources are amazing as well, I have reviewed most of them today and it is extremely amazing what this author has done for instructors. I am looking forward to teaching this class, this semester.

Good book, and the author is very helpful with the support files and tutorials

You can burn a lot of hours looking at YouTube tutorials or you can buy this book and follow well structured lessons to design a 2 story house with basement.The book comes with a links to download associated videos and supporting files which are very easy to follow.Note: The book doe use imperial measurements which I do not find an issue, although I live in Australia and we use the SI metric system. Dave provides the syntax for entering measurements up front and once you know how to do that you are on your way. It is just a number.
