A most have for mobile dj or sound person
As a seasoned mobile dj, I try to find equipment that is both durable, looks good, and is easy to use. This pole system is a step up from the standard that comes with most sub speakers. Ease of use is amazing and ergonomically suitable for one person show. Raise and lower the top speaker with minimal exertion. The locking mechanism holds selected position sternly. Hydraulic system stays locked so there is no creep when expanding and contracting the pole. I also purchased the tripod units. These products are superior to others on the market.

Saves your back and allows you to set your speakers at the correct height
The stand is expensive, but if you're pole mounting speakers over your subs it should be a no-brainer to get these. First of all it's adjustable so you can set your speakers to the right height for your audience. Second, it saves your back as many adjustable stands are dangerous or strenuous to use.

Kinda long for taller sub boxes.
These poles are great. Heavy duty and the lift assist is a nice feature. The only issue I have is they are a bit too tall when completely collapsed. No need to extend them much if any with my Yamaha DXS18 subs. Would be perfect for shorter subs.

Awesome
I just received today the subwoofer pole with the lift assist. Just tried it with my Jbl prx 812 speakers. Haven’t tried it with my Jbl Srx815 speaker yet though , but First thought was very simple to use, and it will save my back in the long run! I can’t believe anybody would use manual lift speaker stands anymore. I’m hoping this would last a long time though!

Does not work with QSC speakers
These poles are great except they do not work with QSC speakers. The fit is loose. The speakers took to the side.

Four Stars
works well but it does not pick up my QSC k12's. Needs a boost.

VERY DISAPPOINTED
The media could not be loaded. This is a ripped off, the hydraulic system does not work at all. Please do not buy this product. It will not last you for a long time.

Very sturdy.
I purchased this for a Bise S1 Pro with a Bose Sub2 base. Extremely overkill for my use. The gas assist lift is smooth and in my case, way too strong. If I ever need to lift a larger speaker, this would not even struggle with it. Be sure to retract the pole while the speaker is mounted. I've always bought gator stands and this one is as advertised. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
