Hasegawa 1:72 Scale X-29A Model Kit

Recommend.

Easy to assemble, excellent job, requires little glue and stress. The decals are well-made and indeed enhance the look of the aircraft! I am happy to have one of my favourite experimental aircraft on the shelf now!

With this one I had no problems. Only fitting the stripe decals over the bottom curved protusions was a bit of a challenge, I just stripped off the non-conforming decals over that area and painted that small section by hand. If only someone sold fine-detail paint brushes that let you paint very thin lines... but I haven't been able to find any in many years of looking. Instead I dipped the sharp tip of a pencil in the paint to paint that area.

A fine model of one of the very few forward swept wing designs. The others being Ju 287 completed in Russia after the war as OKB 1,2 and Su 47. All planes were proto types, way ahead of their time. Someday, the design will mature.

Nice kit. Seems accurate, good fit so far.

Not a great model but it is manageable for the price. The only real big complaint I have are the decals when applying to the model, especially the long ones. But I have found through experience that it is better to cut them into sections and carefully apply then placing long decals. Less chance for damage to the decals when doing the application.

The item received had one side of the box crushed, and the original manufacturer’s seals were cut open and the box was closed again with tape over top of them. The contents seem ok, so I kept it, but I must assume it was a return from someone else. Disappointing.

Kit arrived far quicker then expected. The kit itself looks brand new, even though this specific boxing dates to 2008. Everything inside the box is properly packaged and the decals and instructions look very clear and fresh. Should build up into a nice little model!

某社のディテールアップセット（コクピット、エンジン、アクチュエーター） を購入したのですが、積んであったはずの初版時に購入したキットが見つからず ちょうど再販分の予約をしていたので680円で購入。 先のディテールアップセットは2,920円でしたので、本体の4個分でしたw キット本体は、四半世紀以上前に初版が発売されたとは思えないほど 組立やすいうえにパーツ数も抑えられているので、サクサク組めます。 初版分のキットが出てきてもデカールが使えないかもしれないので こちらで購入して正解だったようです。

Item arrived well packed and in perfect condition. Good value too. Very pleased.

Parts fit are very good. Decals are also excellent. Highly recommend.
