Awesome cases, very cute. We got the unicorn and cosmic colors. I have the iPhone X and it fits perfectly. The iPhone X and XS (not XS Max) are the exact same size, so it will fit the XS perfectly as well. Super thin and light weight but feel very durable. It also has a lip to protect your screen. For moderate protection, these are perfect.Update 03/10/2020These cases scratch very easily. Also, the pink on the unicorn style gets dingy quickly. I would not purchase these again as the scratching on the back is very unsightly after awhile. Cases are durable though.

MY PHONE WAS RAN OVER TWICE, and still works perfectly. This OtterBox saved my brand new phone.I didn’t realize I dropped my phone, and when I came back to look for it, it was found with tire marks.. but it still works, my OtterBox is also still in perfect condition.100000000% recommend this phone case.

This really disappointed me! I have only used otterbox for my iPhones since day 1. However, this design was awful. The bumper had few sharp edges that cut me and also my iPhone XS didn’t fit in all the way causing my phone to chip on day 2. Extremely annoyed!

This is AJ otter box which makes me think it would be very durable but 2 minutes into using it I can already tell you, if I drop this, my phone screen is shattering. Poor quality cause it’s trying to be cute.

OtterBox is known for its durability, no matter what level of protection/sleekness you desire. However this Symmetry case is mediocre at best. At first, it fits tightly. But about a few days, the lip around the screen, especially around the volume and power buttons began to stretch considerably. It is now at a point where it doesn’t even hug the phone anymore. Disappointing.

The case needed to be wrestled onto my iPhone X, but no more so than any other Otterbox I've owned. Due to recent nerve damage in my dominant hand I am constantly dropping my Otterbox enclosed phone (3 - 4 feet)... on carpeting, on wood flooring, on cement, on bathroom tiling, on brick pavers and landscaping stones, on snow and ice. The phone has taken a few tumbles down a partial flight of stairs as well. So far the protection has been complete. The case is easy to hold onto and doesn't get slippery, even when wet. The exterior shows no wear other than some superficial scratches. Button pushing is easy and reliable. What's not to like. I slapped a Led Zeppelin sticker on the back of the box and now I'm totally hip.... I think.

I can’t believe this case got scratched the first day I got it. I literally cleaned it off with a soft cloth and it caused scratches all over it. Total garbage from otterbox.

This is an awesome brand! I love the color and I love that it isn’t so bulky. I have had it on my phone for a few months and I still love it. The cushioned inside really protects my phone from all the falls it has. It’s snug enough that dust doesn’t get in. I have zero major complaints. It’s a big hard to get in and out but I don’t mind because it keeps my phone safe and clean. Those photos don’t do it justice. I highly recommend!! I also ordered a second one in black for my husband and he also loves it

Arrived used with scratches and wear marks round the corners. Also not accurate to picture- the colourless clear bumper round the edge has a green tinge to it

The quality of the case is obviously sub-par compared to an identical authentic Otterbox case.The joint and molding lines of all the soft plastic parts can be seen from all around the case. Also, the molding detaching point of the hard plastic part can be seen from the center in the inner side of the case.When comparing with an identical authentic case, you will not find any joint and molding lines, as well as the detach point of hard plastic.This case is obviously counterfeit product. Buyer beware.

This is my new phone case for my new phone upgrade the iPhone XS. It seems my hubby who got an otter box for his iPhone the on and off button is easier to push down, and this one is a tad hair harder. Didn’t even think of it being an issue since using it so there’s no problem. Not sure what you would define as scratch resistant as all cases will eventually show small scratches.. there are small ones if you hold it to the light on mine already, but none that are going to break the case in pieces if it dropped. You can barely feel them when you run your nail down the case? I gave it 5 stars because it’s not noticeable and it hasn’t scratched the print of the decoration on the case. Overall I love the simplicity!

I love this case. It seems otterbox has changed their cases a little and made the buttons much easier to press. It was the main reason it took me so long to get one. I love the design and the fit. It’s a little bit slippery so I suggest a pop socket or something to grip the back.

Overall very happy with this case, great design, simple but cute! One corner did chip fairly easily when I first dropped it, so that is why I put four stars for sturdiness and durability. The case shows a lot of marks from your fingers, and grease if you have that on your hands! As well, I wouldn’t say it is as thick as some other symmetry cases I have had in the past, since it is a more slim design, however I have dropped my phone numerous times in this case and it has zero scratches or cracks so the case does it’s job!
