Delivery to me personally at my door by a very pleasant man. When l unpacked the gas burner l was pleased to note that gas connector was already fitted so it was simply a matter of installing the butane gas bottle. The burner is excellent with 3 different settings, it gives out plenty of heat and is easy on the eye. Recommended.

What a great little fire. Ideal for our wooden gazebo. It let's out a lot of heat. Only ordered it yesterday and it arrived today in perfect condition. It is slightly flimsy but if you are gentle with it its fine. Would highly recommend. It is easy to turn off. You can reach the back easily. I had the province cast iron calor gas heater before cause I liked the look but this gives out more heat. Great price.

Fantastic fire for the price. Pre built and very well packaged. We did have some difficulty getting pilot light to ignite and in the end, hubby cleaned pilot light with a soft brush and warmed the pilot light for about 5 minutes using a long handled lighter which worked a treat and have had no problems since and it now lights first time every time. Heats the room really well on one bar and considered we live in a victorian building with 15ft ceilings this is amazing and will definitely save us a fortune by not having to use the electric heaters.

The heater is ok but very heavy when a 13 kg bottle is added. It has wheels for mobility on smooth floors any other than smooth you’ll need to lift the thing and it’s not light with a full gas bottle. The hand grip s will dig into your fingers so wear gloves if carrying it.

I don't often write reviews but I figure when something like this is better than others in the price bracket, I want to know. It's my 4th one of these types of heater and the first one that's come fully assembled including the gas regulator which is always a nightmare to get on. The instructions ironically (as most of the work had been done), were very clear and easy to understand and after following them it lit easily first time. Would definitely recommend.

Good quality product, works well, easy to move across carpet, essential item to mitigate against power outages

Im not the only one that's had this issue please read the negative reviews for this product and its the same issues. Its dangerous and a potential fire hazard the metal holding the back wheels are not strong enough for the weight of the bottle. The wheels end up locking and being bent inwards which means you cant move the heater due to the wheels and its not level so the heater with the bottle can topple over easily. This is so dangerous why has nothing been done about this design fault? If you care about the people who the heater are for then don't buy this brand as its cheap flimsy material which isn't up for the job. It wont let be contact the seller so I have no way of contacting them will have to report the issue due to the health and safety issues. DO NOT BUY...
