MaxPower 561741B 3 Blade Set for 52'' Cut Poulan/Husqvarna/Craftsman Replaces 574-870801, Black

I bought these as replacement blades for my Husqvarna riding mower that take 574-870801 blades however when I went to put them on I struggle to get them to fit. Come to find out (see pictures) the star cut-outs are not even close to being right. The Husqy star pattern needs bigger rounded star points and is in a pentagon pattern whereas these are skinny points in a hexagon patter. NOT EVEN CLOSE. Either they put the wrong blades in the box, setup the manufacturing job wrong or need to hire engineers with more attention to detail.

Hi.Although heavy and well built, these blades will not fit my MZ5225 Husq. mower. Tech specs define the blades as 18" long. Actual size comes in at 18.25". That extra 1/4" makes the blades scrap the sides of my deck.When something is not the stated size, I must give a very low rating. Returning this miss-sized blade means:Time wasted going to UPS -- defeats the purpose of online shoppingDelay before I get the mower up and running againUnnecessary frustration.Thus they get a low rating.Thanks

Works perfectly on my Husqvarna Garden tractor with heavy duty lifetime belly mower , I am very happy Amazon has this because i am very disappointed in Lowes. I purchased this piece of equipment threw them locally 1 year ago to find out they do not stock replacement blades any longer just for my model i bought there and paid a lot of money for. Thank you for having the parts i needed Amazon when i needed them.

This was easy to understand in the product description to use with our craftsman mower. Very easy to understand directions and easy assembly even for one person. Would definitely recommend for any replacement of the craftsman 52" deck.

My husband to the blade off the mower and is not the same as what we need, for a mower we have a our vacation home was there the day after we received them did not get to check them out till the next day, to find out today the return date was one day after the order date, now I do not know what to do with blades I do not need, most companies allow 10 to 30 day returns not 1 day. Not really a happy camper right now.

Used on my Husqvarna mz52 could not tell the difference between these and manufactures original. Those who are complaining I'm guessing their mower wasn't listed or they have the older style star.

I bought these blades in sept. 2017 and only used them last spring and summer and part of this spring and they are splitting on the ends already ! Good blades should last up to 3 to 4 yrs but not these. Frustrated !!!

Split on ends — all three blades. Oregon blades I also bought are much better.

The blade set matched my machine perfectly, the cut is as expected and since I like to install new blades each year I will get another set next year. As with any part you have to check your part number against theirs and model application. My machine is a GT 52XLSI 52inch deck the part numbers matched up and every thing went as planned. As a retired Automotive Technician removal of the deck and the blades was not a problem some of you may need to study up on the procedure and or take it to a local garage for proper replacement. I have no problems recommending this set for the units it was designed to be used on.

Came promptly. Seems to be excellent quality. Star pattern fit my Husky mower. Now just have to try and maintain the same angle when sharpening. Totally pleased and will be ordering a second set.

Wrong star pattern...won't fit my mower AND unable to return..do not buy these...

The blades arrived chipped and dull. I wasn't aware I'd have to sharpen and balance them myself. I'm sure these blades are just fine off the assembly line but you can't just throw them loose in a box and ship them internationally.

The more blades were shipped out very quickly and all is working well again
