It dissolves well in water and cow milk, but it clumps when you add it to soy milk. I love to drink this with water and blackstrap molasses!

I have never made any type of meal with beets other than eating them with balsalmic vinegar, as my mother taught me. I had no idea that when you made a thin chicken gravy and added beets to it that it tasted like beef gravy. It's delicious--I added to my combined spices that I use to flavor everything and on a hamburger patty--it tastes like heaven.

i liked the color but omg the taste is….special lol it’s very beety, and i don’t like beets so it was rough for me even if i added powderd sugar. i picked this because we don’t use artificial dye and i wanted to make an elmo cake for my 2 year old

Great taste! I mix it with my morning yogurt. I also make smoothies and mix it with water for a drink. My blood pressure is low and it gives me much energy. My only gripe is that I wish there was more product in the package. It goes quick. The product is small.
