5-Star product wrapped in 5-Star service!
A few points I'll like to highlight in my experience with this purchase: 1. Thank you Amazon for pre-choosing/recommending a quality product (bang for buck!). 2. A well engineered, quality product. Solid, sturdy, stable, simple to assemble, even simpler to use 3. Very silent motor and smooth up/down movement. 4. Controller had some hiccups initially. Started growing a mind of its own - automatically started lowering itself (can be dangerous in case you've parked something under and it topples), sometimes responded, other times not. 5. Contacting the seller, got a reply within hours with full control box reset instructions and an accompanying how-to video. 6. When informed that it did not solve problem, they straight away asked me for my delivery address and within 2 days I received a seal packed brand new controller unit. It took less than 2 minutes to replace the unit. All working great! 7. Throughout the process, seller maintained communication Thinking about buying another one for my missus now.

Solid frame
So, I was skeptical of purchasing this initially. At £180 (as they had a £20 promo) it seemed too good to be true, as the other most popular one on Amazon was £240 - which I was going to buy. Usually, if something is too good to be true, that's because it is. Looked into the company, they have a YouTube channel and a good online presence, so nothing seemed off there. Well reviewed and checking the warranty, it was quite lengthy at 5 years, which usually shows the company is willing to put their money where their mouth is and have confidence that their product isn't going to cost them in those 5 years. I only bought the frame, and paired it with a new BEKANT top from IKEA (£55, 602.531.84, lucky to find one in stock locally to collect), both in white. All in, it cost me around £250, which for a motorised memory standing desk and an IKEA desk top was incredible value. It looks really good and they compliment each other well. I needed to pickup some washers and screws, as the desk top isn't that thick. I used 4mm/5mm nickle washers (although nylon would have been better) with a bag of self tapping 4.8 x 16mm flange head black screws. I used the screws with a washer each for the frame, then 3-5 washers per screw for the control panel and the other mountable bits, like the cable management. Both of those I bought from Amazon as well, for all of a few quid, Connex washer kit and a bag of 100 Sealey screws. It only comes with machine screws to mount the official first party desk top, so you'll need to purchase some of your own if you want to use a different top. The frame came incredibly well packaged, Linus Sebastian would be proud. Super thick and foamy sponge, with cardboard reinforcements in the corners, as seen in the pictures. What isn't pictured is that the box does come with a thick foam piece covering the top as well. The box weighs a ton, but that is to be expected. It's mainly the legs that pile on the weight, but hey it makes the desk solid and sturdy, and the legs also appear to have an internal seal around the top to stop dirt getting in. All the parts are high quality and feel premium, nothing feels like its been cheaped out on. They have really thick rubber gaskets on all of the touch points between the frame and the desk top, which is excellent at reducing vibrations and noise between the top and the frame. The control panel uses a really nice soft silcone, with stylish buttons and a bright sharp digital figure 8 style display, it looks really professional and the buttons feel satisfying to press. Its simple to put together with clear and well produced instructions, with their 30 minute estimate being accurate. My only gripe is the motor/frame is a bit noisy when its moving, but considering its used for only a few seconds during adjustment, its not a deal breaker. Not a grating sound, more just mechanical movement. It's smooth and has no problem lifting a fair amount of weight (macbook, 27" monitor, custom build pc, peripherals, cables mounted underneath, etc.). I stand 6'2", and at 110cm its comfortable to use stood up with no wobble or frame movement (I tihnk the max is 120cm?), it feels as sturdy as when its at my sitting height of 74cm which is excellent! It only takes around 5 seconds to adjust between those two heights, which is quick. So far, no complaints! Hoping the motor remains good and the leg mechanisms too.

Solid, easy to assemble and great price.
Compact packaging reveals a solid rising desk frame. Simple instructions lead to easy assembly by just one person. It included locking wheels to replace the rubber pads if you want. I did and is still rock steady. I used a repurposed and cut down solid wood dining table top as the desk top. Suitable self taping screws included made it so easy. The hardest part was working out how to centre the frame on the desk top. Once plugged in the motor is nice and quiet and the action smooth. There are 4 presents which is very handy too. All in very happy with quality, ease of assembly, price and prompt delivery by Amazon.

Bad luck
Absolutely love my new desk BUT I did not have much luck to begin with... First of all someone stole my package, yet the Amazon delivery stated "delivered" when the tracking said it had "returned back to warehouse" after not even attempting delivery. Secondly I had to obtain a refund from amazon to repurchase the legs but because I got it on Amazon prime the price had gone back up but luckily they were nice and gave me a voucher for the rest... Thirdly the legs I did get were faulty and it was only apparent after i had set everything up. 😵 The problem was it lagged, jolted, and the settings were not responsive. I.e I'd press the button and it would move after 3-5 minutes randomly. Or it would just move even when I didn't press it. After reaching out to maidesite customer services the sent a replacement controller and now it seems to work. Happy with my desk even after all the hassle. I added a heavy chunky bit of reclaimed-style solid wood on top. In total, it cost £260 which is a bargain considering I was looking at this exact style table on Etsy and the cheapest ones were £500-600 the rest were in the £1000s range So I'm super happy now with the replacement controller, my table is beautiful, functional and at a fraction of the cost

Love this... Solid and smooth
Since changing jobs last year my hours spent sitting at my desk in home office have increased along with the number of Teams calls resulting in many days where I barely stand between 8am and 5pm. I have debated a standing desk on and off for a long time but this week I made the decision to do it and purchased the MAIDeSITe frame only. My intention was to re-use my cheap IKEA work tops as I already knew they fit the space perfectly. The desk arrived late on Tuesday night and I immediately started dismantling monitor arms and removing cabling from my existing desk. It only took half an hour or so to get the frame together and then perhaps another hour fitting the top and re-cabling everything back again. Anyone who knows how to use an allen key and screwdriver and follow simple instructions will have no problems putting this together. Once in place I setup a couple or preset heights for testing and was impressed with how smoothly and consistently the desk lifted and lowered. I have now had a couple of days using it and am really feeling better at the end of each day knowing I havent been sat all day. Would definitely recommend this desk, solid when at full height, no wobble, smooth and quiet motor. Impressed.

11 month Update: Excellent response from support line and problem solved. Absolutely brilliant desk
Don't know how I lived without this desk for so long. Package arrived very well packed and in perfect condition. Assembly parts come in individually labelled blister pack with the parts required for each task packaged separately. Assembly instructions were clear and it only took a few minutes to have the desk together and working. Desk is very stable and feels really solid. Whilst the frame has all of the connectors and screws for a matching top, I used the provided screws to attach to a temporary MDF top that is only about 15mm thick. The frame itself is adjustable but really solid once put together. height adjustment mechanism is smooth, quiet and quick and locks solid once stopped. The 4 height memory feature is great for various uses and is just a single press to change from one height to another. I really recommend this desk and would say that you should buy it with confidence. Update: Had a problem where the desk would stop moving every two cm. I sent an email support request and was amazed to get a response back the very same day! In the meantime however I had found the answer on their FAQ - the black box control unit had worked loose and was not therefore firmly secured to the table top. After securing the unit again it started to work perfectly. Still a brilliant desk after 11 months of operation.

It's heavy and well made
I ordered a table base and a 25mm solid table top. Everything arrived on time and fit together perfectly. The quality of materials and workmanship is at a high level. I was pleased with the rubber seals at the junction of the tabletop and the table base. It really works and reduces noise. The table top has all corners rounded, it has a high-quality edge and does not contain honeycomb-filled cavities like some models with engineered boards. A small problem arose with the electronic control touch unit, which erroneously responded to touches. The company responded quickly to my request and provided instructions on how to reset the device. This did not work and then a new control unit was promptly sent to me. Its installation took a couple of minutes as it is secured with two screws. Overall, I recommend purchasing this system for its quality and appreciate the company for its level of service. The only thing I would recommend to the company is to add baskets for cables under the tabletop since the included self-adhesive clips do not work for something larger like a power supply for a monitor.

Would recommend - stable, durable, fast
2 years in use - still works well. Despite not using it daily, I would say mostly monthly.. well, it works without issues so far. Solid foundation, not shaky at all. Handles a pretty large 160cm table with a quite heavy 34" ultrawide monitor (had two 27" monitors previously, and it also handled it without issues). Up\down speed quite fast, approx ~5 seconds max from min to max. Useful not just for standing posture, but also to for it up to your chair or different people sitting at the same desk. For example I swap seats sometimes with my wife, and she adjusts chair and the desk to her height\legs.
