Bought for a secret Santa gift for a coworker and put a picture of her with her dog on it -she absolutely loved it! The printing on the mug was really good quality and it’s been about five years, I think she still has the mug

It doesn't fully turn "white" (it's actually tan)
Only the portion that the hot liquid touches will transition and it doesn't even let you position the photo lower so that the entire photo is visible in that spot. So the top of your photo will be cut off! 😒 I would like a refund bc this is horrible.
