I just received the massage pillow today and after a few minutes of use the zipper keeps coming undone. I can not use it without the zipper coming apart.

This massage pillow is great. I have major upper back problems around my scapula and trapezius due to sitting all day and poor posture, I keep it next to my desk while I work so if my upper back starts knotting up I can get some relief.After using this a few times my upper back problems have gone away, which is saying a lot since I see a chiropractor once a week and get a professional massage once a month. I also find it to be very durable. I am a 180 pound male and I've put quite a bit of pressure on it since I like a deep tissue massage. This not only holds up but the massage balls are various sizes allowing for a more well-rounded massage. This will also change direction from clockwise to counter-clockwise after a few minutes. This is an added bonus because I have found that the counter-clockwise motion is not able to massage under my scapula but the second it changes directions it gets underneath which is a major plus since that is where I tend to get knots.Overall, five stars and well worth the purchase.

Definitely gets into the muscle. A little loud and the left side makes a clicking noise when it rotates. Doesn't get to hot...which I guess is a good thing. Doesn't fit over most chairs so kinda limited to where I can use it but overall worth it...I can whip it out any time...no need for trips to a masseuse every day

It does the trick, hitting those knots in my upper back. The problem is where to place it in order to get the best massage. I really don't have a chair that works with the small elastic strap across the back, so I place it on pillows while sitting in bed. If you put all your weight on it, the revolving motors stop moving so you have to hold yourself off of the device a little or adjust how you are sitting. I can not feel the heat at all. I see now why there are similar products with an attached piece of material that extends to your hands so that you can hold the massager on your back and adjust the pressure by tightening your grip or moving your arms. Seems counter productive as it seems you would want to relax your shoulders and arms.

This massage pillow is absolutely amazing. I just received it and love this.I've had this kind of product before for year ago and the motor was out of order so I need new one.I noticed it when it was very first time, massage is way better than my older one.I think this massage pillow is better.I love heating while it massages my neck and back. It is quite warm enough.I think everyone could enjoy this as I am. Awesome !!!!

Excellent product with better massage. Massage balls with different height makes the massage more like actual human hands. Massage is quite intense for me but it does make a difference. Overall I am quite satisfied.

Doesn't heat up much, but works well otherwise.

Si es una persona sensible y está muy tensa el área, recomiendo no usarlo los 15 minutos del ciclo o poner una toalla encima ya que sí pudiese lastimar. Muy buena opción para relajarse después de un día pesado.
