Awesome Chicken Breading for Oven Baked Crispy Chicken
I first found this product in local grocery as a closeout item. Decided to try it for oven baking chicken.A shaker bag coating then into the oven at 425 for an hour and pieces come out super moist and crispy! I like both the HOT and the MILD versions. If you like spicy the HOT delivers! The MILD is near perfect for flavor, crispness and ease. I don't like to cast iron fry in the kitchen due to clean up chores. This gives crispness like skillet fried but it's baked and healthier. Recommend if your family likes crispy chicken.

Light and Crispy
The flour is soft and perfectly seasoned. It save a bit of time to use pre-seasoned flour and it fries golden brown. I've used it for pork chops and tempura and it works great. I do wish the mild seasoning was available in less than orders of 30 packs. I'm not a restaurateur so I don't need to buy in bulk- just a few packages would do for me. This flour is good and a little goes a long way, so it's worth the money.

Very spicy.
This breading is very spicy but adds grest flavor. For met is to spicy by itself (and I like spicy food) but if you dilutenit with flour and Andy's red it is perfect.
