Yes, this speedloader will work with a Taurus 627.

can this be used with the tarus 692?

it does work with a 692 but it holds the shells loosely and is not as fast as the hks.

I'm assuming this will work for my Taurus Raging Hunter 357?

I’ve never owned a Taurus Raging Hunter, but if it’s a larger “Smith N frame” cylinder, they may not. They fit my Ruger GP-100 7 shot perfectly.
