Is this keto friendly?

I don't follow the keto diet but there are a few carbs in nuts and this nut flour is widely used in keto cooking. (I'm diabetic and avoid carbs.) Mostly they're fat, so they should be perfect. I have found that eating nuts will both curb my hunger/cravings and NOT spike my blood sugar. Depends on what other ingredients you use. Healthline has a bunch of great keto-friendly recipes using this ingredient.

Why has arrowroot powder and tapioca flour? not keto-approve.

But both are Paleo. And for those paleo eaters that allow xanthaum gum, this flour would work really well.

How does it work in a cake

I made muffins with it and it worked well. substituting one on one for regular flour. You might contact the manufacturer. I am certain they have a home economist on hand who can answer with more precision. But the muffins were yummy. And I've also made pie crust.

I'm wondering, why mention cashews? Isn't this review about almond flour? The ingredients don't eve mention cashews.
