Absolutely great product. I use it for my PS4 and I regret not getting it sooner. I read some comments about it not working for others. I had this at the start as well. I just booted the console with the controller plugged in and when on the home screen I hit esc on the keyboard. Works everytime for me. The RGB is an awesome bonus.

I can’t get it to function with the Xbox at all... it makes no sense and the directions make no sense there is no video no help line nothing .... worse product ever

I liked that I could play keyboard and mouse on my Nintendo but I did not like how it acted like a pro controller so I could not have the same key to be jump in different games
