The suction hose is designed to remove crankcase oil through the oil level/oil fill port on a small engine. It will not fit through a small automotive dip stick tube.

can i use it to pump out old gas?

I've seen a picture of the box for the 5431K, (this product) and it says "4L Oil & Fuel Extractor Pump"
