I purchased this gasket with reservations on its effectiveness, as the application usage is for a 43 year old lawn tractor with a 16hp Kohler engine. But alas my fellow lawn tractor enthusiast, this paper like product worked as advertised and correctly sealed my carburetor to the engine block. I bet you I could had left 1 of the 2 screws loose and this gasket would had performed.This product comes highly recommended and is a fine value for the money. Where's my beer.

Nice new gasket - didn't fit.
It claimed to be the right one for my mower's engine - right part number, description - but the hole spacing was too wide. I ended up making my own and the mower runs fine now.
