These bulbs are a great look for any of your bare bulb light fixtures or light fixtures where the bulb is visible. It creates a modern interesting look to enhance the appearance of your light fixture.I dimmed the light for the image so the look could be seen better. These bulbs do shine brightly and work with any dimmer switch so you can create ambient lighting if you need it. I have this fixture above my kitchen island and these bulbs give me a great amount of light for preparing dinner or for the kids doing homework at the island after school. If we want to eat in the kitchen we can dim the bulbs from the dinner switch and create a cozy, soft-light effect.My fixture originally came with Edison bulbs but they burned so hot!! If I stood under the lights at the island, I could feel the heat, I was unhappy. THESE BULBS DO NOT GIVE OFF EXCESS HEAT! They shine beautiful light without being hot and irritating.Great buy if you are looking to brighten your home with style!

The color temperature, 4000K, is a natural white light with very good color rendering compared to the much more common warm to soft white bulbs (2700-3000K) commonly available in home stores. These "vintage" style bulbs are usually in these near yellow colors and with my vision issues, are perceptibly dimmer than higher color temperatures per watt. their longevity remains to be seen. I have bought near "everlasting" LED bulbs with such poor quality supporting electronics they have not lasted as expected. These are a great bargain as similar big brand bulbs can run up to and over $25 for a four pack. So far, so good.

We're renting, so we can't change the very dated vanity fixtures in the bathrooms, so I decided to replace the nasty globe bulbs with these gorgeous Edisons. I love the LED spiral. It gives it such an artistic appeal. The light they give off is amazing. Very bright. Very warm and mood-lifting. I'm hoping they'll last a long time since they're LEDs, but that is to be seen. I just installed them today, hence the lack of review on longevity.

UPDATE:Seller sent me a new pack of bulbs after 2 went out. I really appreciate their honorable customer service.Original Post:I installed 6 of these only 4 months ago. They worked great until this week 1 started randomly flickering and 1 totally burnt out. They're only on about 2-3 hours a day. Should have lasted longer for an LED. Disappointed.Thanks for correcting my issue and making things right again!

I love the look and the price. My only mistake was ordering this high of wattage. A little too bright for my bedside lamp. That’s a me probably not the lightbulbs problem. Three years and none have burned out.

I bought these based on the other reviews. We've had them installed for about a week and so far I'm thrilled with them. They're dimmable down to a very low light, but are exceptionally bright on their high setting. And as other reviewers promised, there's no yellow cast; the light is a clear white. Also, they just look freaking cool.

I bought these for dimmable overhead fixtures with exposed bulbs, but they work so well that I am also using them a for other lights with dimmers: a floor lamp, and even a bedside lamp. They are flicker free, even when dimmed to the lowest level, and the soft warm light is easy on the eye. The attractive spiral filament and the vintage bulb shape first caught my eye, but these flicker free soft warm lights function very well too.

The stylish bulbs are available in various color temperatures. These are fairly white. Some people may prefer a lower color temperature, for a more antique look.
