Really tasty.
Usually order these at the pub. For reasons that should be obvious I haven't been to the pub for a while and understandably miss such foods. They are cheaper, but don't have quite the same mouthfeel as the ones I remember, (perhaps I'm not cooking them for long enough or at the right temp for my oven). They are a welcome substitute for the real thing though! Recommend with sweet chilli sauce.

Recipe change thats ruined them.
I used to love these, however they now have no texture and bite and fall apart inside the batter. I complained to the manufacturer and they told me they now shred the Halloumi. This makes it powdery and it’s unpleasant, before it was solid Halloumi and had good flavour. Cannot recommend at all anymore. Gone from a 5 star to a 1 sadly
