This product saved me before I could get in to see my OBGYN. I have a history of miscarriages, never having a successful pregnancy. I used an Inito monitor to check my progesterone levels very early in (I knew right after conception I was pregnant.. around 3 1/2 weeks in a 32-35 day cycle) I’m now 7 weeks and go in for my second ultrasound on Monday. My doctor did prescribe me prometrium 400 mg suppository, and 10 mg of prednisone as well. But I’m still using this cream and it’s been great to me. I do about 2 pumps 2-3 times a day.I’ll insert my hormone levels for reference in the changes. (Disclaimer. I am not a doctor, I’m just sharing my story incase it helps someone else)This increase was before I started using the suppositories. Only from the cream and 10 mg of prednisone.The ultrasound is from my 5 week appointment, we had another one earlier this week and the GS had grown by over an inch and little baby is doing great. I’ll update as we find out more..I couldn’t recommend this cream more!

I've changed to cotton clothes (getting challenging to find) and cotton bedding. I also "eat clean", so I'd managed to get most of my menopause symptoms under control or at least be more comfortable when they "popped up". I am not a candidate for HRT, because of severe allergies to it, so... I was left to my own devices to find solutions, because when HRT isn't an option... doctors seem to be at a loss. This product reduced my remaining symptoms (change in diet had eliminated the headaches, most of the lack of energy, etc.), which ended up being day-time hot flashes. I still have issues at night - off and on, but I'll take what I can get. I still get hot easily, so cotton clothes are a necessity, but I don't have those sweating issues during the day that I had before using progesterone. I like the scent of the lavender one, but I use unscented in the summer, because I worry that biting insects might be more interested in me if I've been scented. lol I didn't give it 5 stars, because I only do that when I'm happy with the price-point. I feel women get overcharged for being women. This contains no expensive ingredients that justify its price.

This product is only going to help you do you have estrogen dominance, which with what i understand, many women in perimenopause have. I recommend Dr. John Lee's books to help understand this journey.I clearly did because this product has given me my life back.I was having hot flashes and extremely heavy blood bath periods as well as horrible mood swings. I was getting depressive feelings, the likes of which I hadn't felt since I was 20! It's the mood swings I couldn't live with. Within days this product made a difference.Almost right away there were no more hot flashes and my mood stabilized!I stopped getting SO sore after working out which had started in conjunction with peri.I never slept poorly except to wake up soaking from the sweating but I've been sleeping even better.Within 3 months my bleeding started becoming regular.My orgasms became super strong again which had faded!I'm so pleased and can't believe that for 15 bucks I have a treatment that lasts me 2 months.A lot of people here complain about the absorption and I have actually wondered about that becasue I live in an extremely dry climate, so it's easy to soak up massive amounts of lotions but it may, indeed, be an issue for others. I just wipe it everywhere and it hasn't been an issue 🤷I couldn't be more grateful for this product.
