I wanted to purchase something to make my rice with that would be easier. This product is the best ever. It did just that made it so easy and clean up great but it does more than cook rice I use it all the time in fact I'm cooking rice right now.

This rice pot I love so much put the bad news was I only had it less than 2 years and they had went on e 4 I looked at the bottom the wires were good everything good my pot was basically I'm brand new still E4 no matter what you do you cannot get that off your pot so I went and bought a new one not the same brand and I would never buy this part again cuz it goes on e4 I switched out that nothing I've moved the wires around nothing I cleaned it very well nothing even though it was already cleaned this is basically new so I recommend not to buy this pot cuz you'll never get it off E4 one out of 10 I give it a five

I love the amount of food this thing can hold. I have three growing boys, so I have to usually double, and sometimes triple, a recipe. This rice cooker makes enough rice for us to have leftovers. The steamer basket is a little small, but not a deal-breaker. I will say that the front buttons are VERY sensitive, so if you barely brush up against them, you'll change settings. I haven't tried all of the settings yet, but I'm most intrigued by the cake setting. Overall, this is a fantastic high-capacity cooker.

I received 3 defect items and every time is something new that doesn’t work! Last one I had cooked rice half way and jump the lights (normally only does it when it’s fully cooked) can you imagine how frustrating is it when all other food are cooked and you ready to eat just waiting for rice, and you find out it’s not fully cooked?Called Amazon Customer service, they said there’s nothing they can do, no return and no refund because the original order was placed in 2021. And the new ones they send me was an exception. I asked her: but the exception is defective. (the last replacement was just a few months ago, and I’ve been having this issue for over a month hoping it was just human error and confirmed it’s defective.Amazon customer service said yes!Very Disappointed.Both the cooker and Amazon

Amazing product. I gave 4 stars because the opening button broke within a week. Hoping the second one won’t break.

I bought this rice cooker back in November and been using it every other day to cook in it. After my surgery I couldn't stand to cook this Aroma rice cooker saved me from standing for hours trying to cook. I love the steamed rice it comes out perfectly I made stews soups stir-fry with different ingredients it's worth that $50 I spent not using multiple dishes pots and pans so gonna try baking a cake today

Alguien sabe de repuestos del botón plateado??? El botón se bota no sé si falte algo aparte del resorte
