Excellent value
This product has excellent consistency, coverage, adherence to hair, and lasting effect. As with all deep conditioners, a significant amount of rinsing is required. I am very impressed with the quality especially for the price which makes this an excellent value. It could only be improved for me if it had purple dye to act as toner.

Made my hair feel great, but could've smelled better!
I always use L'Oreal products in my hair, so chose this, after bleaching it one too many times, to help repair my burnt straw and be able to manage it a bit better while it grew out. It did the job - my hair felt much better after using this a few times. But, the scent was strange... I don't really know how to describe it, but it was very perfumy - not in the normal, expected way for most L'Oreal haircare. I still used it til the end, but probably won't purchase it again.

Not comparable to conditioner in box
So I ordered this product hoping it would be the same conditioner as in the Feria hair color boxes. Read that you can’t buy that exact conditioner but this was very comparable. No it was not. I did not like the smell at all. Was reluctant to try as container came partially safety sealed with a piece of scotch tape that looked like it had already been opened. So I requested an exchange of the same item hoping the first one was just a fluke the way it came. Nope. Received the second jar and was again taped shut by a tiny piece of tape and bar code covered with a sticker. (Maybe the sticker over barcode was to stop people from trying to return at a store? Idk) Regardless it still smelled awful to me. I decided to try it and what a mistake that was. Definitely NOT similar to conditioner in dye boxes at all! Returning. Would not recommend at all!

NOT a replacement for Feria Color Moisturizing Treatment
I have used L'oreal Paris Feria Color Moisturizing Treatment for 20 years on my naturally curly, dry, sometimes colored/highlighted hair. It either comes in the box with the Feria color or you could buy a larger 6 oz size at Sally Beauty or online. For some unknown reason, L'oreal decided to stop selling it outside of the Feria box. It was THE best conditioner I have ever used, bar none, and I have spent a fortune to try literally everything on the market. Everyone I recommended it to also raved about how effective it was. It gave instant results and improvement for dry colored hair. It turned straw like hair silky soft with one application. So I emailed L'oreal to find out WHY they discontinued such a fantastic product and they gave me a lame excuse about discontinuing the Feria, then recommended Everpure Repair and Defend Mask as a replacement. IT IS NO SUCH THING. My ratings are as follows:1) Shipping + seller- 5 Stars. No issues there.2) Detangling + Slip- 1 Star. Not very good at getting out tangles- my comb did most of the work.3) Moisturizing- 3 Stars. Moisture is ok. Just ok. Nothing special.4) Smell- Zero Stars. Has a bizarre pine smell. If you want your hair smelling like Pine-sol, this conditioner is for you.5) Packaging- Zero stars. Comes in a tub, so...unsanitary. You have to dip your hand in the tub and introduce bacteria every time you use it. Why does anyone use a tub for anything at this point? PUT IT IN A TUBE L'OREAL.6) Texture- 2 Stars. Not very thick- kind of runny. Especially to be packaged in a tub. Drips through fingers when trying to dish it out. About half the thickness of the Feria7) L'Oreal customer service- ZERO stars. Seriously?? THIS is what you recommend to replace the best conditioner ever made?
