Too much fat
The problem with this breed is most of the leg is fat. I have bought a whole leg for xmas the last 4 years from various sellers and had great results. I decided this year to go for a 30 month berlotta. However this leg is 75% fat with very little meat. Would not recommend

very disappointing meat quantity
OK lets start with the good the flavour of this Iberico ham is absolutely amazing. Then the bad there is virtually no meat of this joint. There is a strip maybe 3cn, by 15cm max of meat on the joint, the whole of the side as can be seen from the images is just fat. I buy a ham shoulder every year and this is probably 50% less meat than I have ever had before and at £160 its very disappointing. I can not recommend this sellers products I am sorry. (shipping / delivery was spot on its just next to no meat.
