Why I have lived without these for so long?
I love the bright red color as I can quickly find them in my utensil drawer. They are sturdy and did well in the dishwasher.I don't make a lot of cakes; however I was making an Eastern European wafer torte cake and using these offset spatulas made spreading the filling so much easier. It was also more comfortable to handle as spreading filling with a regular spatula can be iffy..especially hard to ice a cake that remains in a pan with a regular spatula.Purchasing two was brilliant on my part because I had two fillings, Nutella and cherry jam, and didn't need to wash in between each filling. A spatula for both fillings!Actually I was extremely proud of the final product and will be making more of these.

Too thick...
...for what I needed. A very well made product none the less. Very sturdy but as I stated they're too thick. I needed them to scoop up a sticky recipe English muffin.
