Great product.....great customer service. This combination is hard to find these days.
I ended up ordering 3 of these. First one was unassembled (which is good...they are very easy to assemble) and liked it so much that I ordered another one. The second one came assembled but whoever put it together it had a split in the wood and screw was stripped..making it impossible to easily fix. I contacted the company and they were great!! They immediately refunded my money and I went back on Amazon and ordered another one. That one came just like the first...perfect. Can't say enough good things about the customer service. Product was also great....just what I had hoped it would look like.

Great idea to hang cups on the wall. Only issue is the hooks are not far enough apart to be able to use all the hooks as I use bigger cups not the 8 oz.

Just okay
This coffee mug shelf rack is just okay, if you are trying to display any kind of mug that's overly large or has a fat handle it won't fit, the hooks are very close together but it has helped clear out a cabinet in my very small kitchen and It suites my needs for now.
