FGO Organic Pu'erh Tea, Eco-Conscious Tea Bags, 20 Count

I received the product a day later than anticipated - fine. But unfortunately, I don't care for the taste of the product; it's not like any Pu erh tea I've had in last few years. I do like the organic tea bags, but I won't be purchasing this product from them again.

The packaging might be eco-conscious, but the leaves themselves are pretty ground up into small bits inside the tea bags. I guess it's my fault for ordering tea bags instead of loose leaf, but the packaging persuaded me into thinking this was a great tea, and it's just average in terms of what you would expect from teabags. I suppose it's smart that they've rebrand cheap paper/coffee filter material as "eco-consicous," when other eco-conscious alternatives could have been cotton or silk. In the very least, it's nice that the product is organic.

This tea is sooo good i drink it plain no sugar or nothing it is on the strong earthy taste kinda like oolong but a bit stronger. This tea has really helped me loose a few inches off my waist. Because it has caffeine i have substatuted a cup of coffee with a cup of this pu-erh tea and it cuts my cravings i highly recommend.

this black tea suppose be strong but not bitter flavor. by the time i open to try indeed to use 2 or more teas bags to make a cup of tea. too bag it’s my favorite tea too. next time i guess i need to get tea leaves.

This tea is truly amazing 🤩 IT DOES NOT TASTE OR SMELL LIKE FISH AT ALL!! Maybe they changed the flavor around idk. Regardless it works great 😊 I put in two bags and a little sugar. Twice a day. An hour after lunch and one hour after dinner! You will not be dissatisfied!! 😁

This is my first time trying Pu'erh Tea since I read about its benefit of the tea. I like the taste of this product.

*initiate post review edit: I’m downgrading this to a 1 star as I found the other bagged pu’erh brand which I thought was worse but side by side comparison bumps this brand down….I’m a big fan of pu’erh tea and don’t really want to break out my tea pot and brick of pu’erh to make a cup or 2 to drink in the morning. Hence the reason to get tea bagged form for ease of preparation. I’ve gotten a couple brands of bagged pu’erh, and this one is ranked near the bottom but not the worst.First, there is no tea bag string to dunk into the water so I need to mix it somehow with a spoon or something. Second, it’s really weak. I had to put 2 bags to make a cup of what kind of looks like pu’erh, albeit, a very lightly steeped cup of tea even with the bags left to steep in the cup the whole time I’m drinking. Third, it just tastes like black tea and not pu’erh so I’m unsure how much fermentation was involved with this “version.” I guess it looks more like raw pu’erh tea when brewed but no one near the taste. Guess I’m going back to the other tea bagged pu’erh brand since they check more of the boxes of what I’m looking for, just the price is almost double the cost of this brand, which makes me think this brand isn’t really pu’erh since it’s way cheaper. Get what you pay for I suppose.

Better value to buy the bigger packs

Although I have had a number of different types of Pu'erh tea, I am not an expert. With that said I found the this taste very good, and the packaging is clean and professional. So I am happy with the purchase.
