Naruto: The Official Character Data Book

Item arrived in good condition. Love it.

This is a great data book...just full of info on all of the characters and anything else you need to know about the Naruto manga and anime. All of the main characters are covered...with an almost overload on some. I do think that the book does need to be updated...it's info only goes to right after the Pervy Sage is killed...so a lot of the great scenes including the Pain arc are missing! Also, one of my favorite characters...Hinata...is given short shrift in this book. I think that after the Pain battle she became a lot more popular and needs much more attention in any data book that follows this one. But, this is a great book for anyone that is really into Naruto. Buy it and you can find out about all of the jutsu and history of the Leaf Village ninja.

I love these character books. If you are a fan of the series you should have these in your collection. Fun to reference and always on hand when the inevitable debate comes along about who was better, stronger or had more plot armor!

The data is very complete, although there are a few name inconsistencies (Haruno Sakura ; Sakura Haruno), and some translated sentences didn't feel natural compared to the series, it's otherwise an excellent book and I loved every page! The only major complaint (which I know can't be helped) is that its somewhat far behind the manga, but looking at the original's release date and considering it had to be translated afterwards, that's not worth taking a single star off for. The art pages were EPIC, but the section was too short : / But I did buy a DATA book,. not the ART book (yet), so again, not something to take stars away for Overall, this is great if you are interested in the info about the series! (plus, unlike the wikis, this directly supports Kishimoto, and you can show it off on your shelf!)

Fair warning, it only covers up to the pain arc, so the information doesnt cover the fourth great ninja war and the characters involved. This seems to be the only information book i can get thats in english which is unfortunate, but it still didnt stop me from reading through and learning about all the different jutsus and characters.

It’s a great book..but it’s more or less things you already know. It doesn’t really have any information that is outstanding but has the basics. It has nearly every important or somewhat significant characters and their details. I love it! :))

Great official book for the price. It's written by the Naruto creator so it's all legit. Also this book isnt bound backwards like the other reviews say. ITS A MANGA. It's supposed to be read from right to left

I have been watching and reading Naruto since I was a teenager (2004ish). I have read every chapter and watched every episode. I loved this book and appreciate that it was translated from the original Japanese into English. I loved reading all the different factoids about the different characters. The presentation is... interesting to say the least. It seems like it is appealing to the more mature audience like myself AND to the early teens now just getting into the series (and even younger). Some of the parts are just... stupid. I see how they would appeal to a younger crowd - like, who would kiss who kind of stuff and who would you want to make you a sandwich. I easily skipped over that stuff and found the book a great addition to my Naruto collection.

O livro é lindo e mostra informações interessantes sobre os personagens, o databook é muito difícil de encontrar, essa é a edição em inglês... mas pra quem entende o idioma e admira a obra é uma boa escolha.

Brilliant book, all shippuden characters up to the pain invasion arc excluding killer bee are in it, each with 2 or more pages about them and a chart showing their skills in different areas(best part of the book for me) it also has a full list of every jutsu used in shippuden along with a detailed explanation of them. there is also other informative sections in the book that all naruto fans will like. Without doubt if ur a naruto fan u must get it, also lots of images in it(black and white) of everything i mentioned

Amazing quality and delivery time, exceeded my expectations at the amount of information the book provides, there is still so much to be known in the Naruto verse and this book is an amazing source of information. Would recommend 100%

Tam bir Naruto tutkunu olarak bu databooku almasam olmazdı. Keşke Bundan öncekiler de satışta olsa onları da alırım. Neredeyse üç manga cildi kalınlığında. İç sayfalar siyah beyaz baskı güzel. İlk iki sayfa renkli. İndirimde aldım 482tl ye. Çok uyguna geldi.
