Product is great, came with extra bolts and everything you need to install. I do suggest that you use a good Rachel to install the lag bolts and have a good drill to do the pilot holes. Only complaint is Amazon put the two boxes that were about 3 foot long into a four foot long box. The boxes slid back and forth in the larger box making it a pain to handle.

The handrail arrived from Amazon a day early and half an hour later it was installed. Easy installation. Remember to put the base covers on before attaching the handrail to the legs. Installation hardware is good and makes the rail stiff. We are very pleased with this product.

Easy to install, assemble. However, the masonry bit (10mm) will not fit my 3/8 hammer drill or my SDS hammer drill. The bit is NOT SDS, it lacks the two slots. Also, the anchors provided are far too weak for this application. Pitch them and get something substantial. You will be glad you did before you know it.

This was easy to put together and put up on my front steps! Very sturdy and easy to install, plus it looks really nice!! 😀

Front railing needed repair so ordered this railing. It is sturdy and well made.Installation is easy if you have a "hammer drill" the only mistake I made is in one of the hole did not blow out the concrete dust so the expanding nut was not fully seated. That was my fault, but suggest they put that step in the directions.An attractive, well made product.

I purchased this handrail to install near my rear door to make entry for my elderly mother much safer. It is very sturdy and looks great as well as useful.

The handrails we great. Just what I wanted, but they were not adjustable. Could only use on 2 steps.

This stair hand rail is very well built and the paint is very nice. Looks like it was last many years. At 83 years old I needed just a bit of help to go down from my patio to ground level. This stair hand rail fills the bill. The 5th star was lost by the seller when the two flange covers that cover the bolt heads at the base were stuck together and I guess the paint was help holding the together. I could not pull them apart.and they were bent some being forced together. Contacted the seller and he asked for my mailing address and said he would send them to me. I contacted him again after a week with no notice of shipment and he replied that it will take 30 days to get the parts. So I will be waiting and hoping. He said I could get the flange covers locally and I found them for $30. Not what I would like to pay. Product is good, the seller not so good. Recommended IF you get all the parts in your shipment.
