I bought this chair, put it together and fell in love with it. It is narrower than I expected it to be but still amazing. After a few weeks I had noticed that it was no longer supporting my back as well so I got up and looked at it in a more investigative way to notice the fabric was being strained around one of the supports, unzipped the back to find that a weld point had popped and the frame had bent. They supply well written instructions for assembly with a contact line (WhatsApp) printed on the front. I do not use WhatsApp so I reach out through amazon I eventually manage to get a contact seller button and explain the situation. next morning I have an email of sincere concern for my issue and a request for pictures of the defect so they can send me a replacement part. I snap the pics and send them back. Couple hours later an email confirming the part I need and asking if to the same address as I had the item sent. yes and yes. Part will be processed tomorrow with fast shipping. Amazing! New part arrives in less than 4 days. Back to perfection. I cannot find fault in this, mistakes happen and they corrected it swiftly and with genuine care for the the customer (me). Perfect back support and Perfect Customer Support.

I bought this chair back in January on a black and blue colorway and I enjoyed it a lot , while I thought this was going to be delivered a little bit later , it ended up being a next day delivery despite not having prime delivery , moreover I have suffered an issue with the back support , it must've been a factory fault which happens because this one feel much sturdier and much stronger and more able to hold my weight (97kg) , the customer support from Martunis was exceptional and I received a replacement for the back support within the next 2 working days . Great Service

Arrived very quickly - 2 days early in fact. Maybe it's down to my Ikea-fu but this chair was up and running (or sat on) within 10 minutes of arriving - yes, I was eager and it was really easy to put together. The chair looks good, is comfortable and very adjustable; tilt, swivel, the arms adjust up and down and rotate in and out, and the back rest goes to almost horizontal should I wish to use it as a bed. There are another couple of buttons on the arms that I haven't got worked out yet - but it's only been an hour or so I'm sure their function will be revealed in the fulness of time. I'll probably update this review in a couple of months to see how it fairs.

The chair was good for 6 months until I noticed after a while the back leaning further back every week. I thought it had something to do with the leaver thing to lean back on the chair but then after unzipping the cover of the chair, I noticed one of the poles (supports) had completely eroded away in the middle. Somehow the pole had basically snapped in half meaning the chair was never going to be staying upright again no matter how much I tried. Therefore I'm sorry but I don't think I can recommend this chair to anyone. It's a shame as I really liked the chair, how it looked, it was comfy and great for long sitting periods, etc. (Also I know it wasn't me who broke the pole as the pole is completely rusted and eroded not just bent).

My son and I had new Martunis chairs, he's a slim build teenage gamer schoolboy, I am overweight and work on computer and phone all day. We both find the chairs comfortable, easy to adjust. They look great, come from Canada and weren't particularly expensive.

Chair collapses when in use... backrest flops back. Chair reclines.... end up lying on my back.No replys to e-mails or phone calls asking for help.
