Great pens BUT NOT WHAT I ORDERED! 👎
Winsor & Newton is a manufacturer of quality art products and I considered buying a set of 5 x 0.5 finalisers for my urban sketching line & wash. When they arrived, I fount that they were 0.1!!! 🙄👎When I tried to book a return, I had a number of customs documents to complete as well as repackaging. NOT the most convenient of services. The products are great, but only when you get what you ordered, right? (NOTE: Thanks, Brexit! I suspect this will only be the tip of my iceberg!) 😔
