So often we see and hear signs and tell ourselves or have others tell us that we didn't see what we saw and we didn't hear what we heard. Ms. Suokko gently coaxes us to recognize and acknowledge these signs in a spiritual way without judgement or prejudice. She shares personal anecdotes which conjure up our own personal sign stories and memories. She doesn't lecture or talk down to us, but rather makes us feel we have been in the same boat at one time or another. I highly recommend this book. It is the perfect remedy for removing our dark clouds and unlocking our chained spirits.

This is such a wonderful approach, as Ulla suggests, 'Tune Yourself as an Instrument' knowing that there is nothing wrong with us if we try to get guidance and fail, the instrument is perfect, we just need a loving expert to help us tune it and help us play! Yes, PLAY! I love this approach, the well written collection of instruction, meditation and kind advice to redirect us such as your body as a 'truth-o-meter' and how to 'snap out of it' with INSTANT SHIFTS! i particularly love the 'play' approach that takes all the heaviness of not doing it correctly. Also, watch out for the anecdote of Ulla seeking help from the lady who talks with Angels and how it was so WRONG as we can delight in our seeking help outside of ourselves just to prove to us that WE HAVE THE ANSWERS WITHIN. A delight, this book is a breath of fresh air, honest, concise, informative and above all a REAL, PRACTICAL HELP to us all. Thank you for sharing!

It has activities for you to better understand who you are! If you seem to be in a rut, if you cant figure out whats happening or even if you dont know who you are, this book will help you find your way back to yourself.This book has helped me find the path back to myself! I am reading the kindle version of the book since yesterday. I was lucky to attend the Book Launch Party twice yesterday. The event was more than that. This book is helping us to help ourselves and make this world a better place for everyone. Ulla travels with us as we keep reading the book. I am already recommending this to friends and family.
