After riding on these wheels for 1500 miles the ratchet mechanism in the rear wheel failed -- so that pedalling forward the cogs would spin freely and no power transmitted. I made three contacts with customer service -- the first response looked like an automated response that included a request to send pictures of the shipping box and labels. The second reponse was better, we are sorry -- can we ship you a replacement -- please provide shipping address. Which I did -- but no shipping conformation was ever sent -- about a week lated they sent me another message -- which appeared to be a generic automated "how may we help" message -- to which I replied with "I provided a shipping address for a replacment -- but have not recieved a shipping conformation. I's been a few weeks since then and no more messages and no replacement set of wheels has arrived.
