First time I received a faulty piece. But the amazon return policy helped a lot.The bag is original and can hold 17 inch laptop easily. I can also carry large gaming keyboard inside the bag.Very neatly designed bag.

Great Bag
Spacious and great slots for cables, tablet and your personal stuff. Great padding for the laptop compartment and shoulder straps. Do expect that this bag is a bit heavy though. 4 Stars for the lack of USABLE outside pockets. The slanted pockets are too small to be of any use, deforms if you put in anything and is just pure gimmick in my opinion.

after 3 months of usage
zipper got damaged and cannot be used again, repair and replacement of zipper would cost half of bag's price. not recommended and will consider to get another laptop bag
