I’ll give 2 stars: it works and strong but too loud - i feel the fish are disturbed too with the noise it gives, except the oxygen.—————————————I’ll have to correct my previous review. The device is actually silent depending on the location of your aquarium.

if the bubble stones are down the aquarium, and you will switch off the motor, water will back and spill the place, so every time you need to pull it to top and then can stop the motor.motor is not at all silent but is noisy, and heats up as well.

Good motor for your fish tank.. its hot once touch it but good part is it gives very less noice , no disturbance while sleeping.. bcs my fish tank is next to my bed .. last week I bought this item.. until now im satisfied…

Does the job. Small but too noisy. it pumps air a lot with two tubing even adding a long line its still giving a good amount of air.

Very good product

It does its job for my 5 gallon tank. Not very strong for big sponge filters, but enough to create bubbles in one end and push some water into my small sponge filter in another end.
