Ordered hynix..Received Samsung with different specifications..Totally unacceptable

I have Dell Inspiron 15R which had 4Gb DDR3 ram of Hynix. So I checked and my motherboard had an empty slot for ram. So I purchased the same ram and installed in the empty slot. By this I was able to double my ram from 4Gb to 8Gb.If....you want to double your ram and you have an empty slot then you should definitely buy it.But in case your both slots are installed with ram or you want more ram....then I would suggeet buying pairs of high capacity like 8Gb + 8Gb, etc.

Editing my review as RAM module stopped working after 7 months. May be it was a poor quality product. My another 7 yr old module(which was used in pair with this) still working fine. Product delivered is not as per description provided on amazon though it is compatible with my laptop and it is working fine. part no.(A) written on packing and part no.(B) label on ram module are different. Part no.(C) shown in cpuz software is different from first two(A,B). I assume that part no.(C) shown by cpuz is correct one. Actual product delivered seems to be upgraded version. Difference only in voltage
